Because Nepal does not have a permanent residential Embassy in Portugal, passport services are provided in two primary ways:
1. Mobile Consular Camps: The Embassy of Nepal in Paris, in coordination with NRNA NCC Portugal, conducts periodic Mobile e-Passport Camps in Lisbon and Porto.
2. Direct Application in Paris or Madrid: Applicants may travel to the Embassy of Nepal in Paris or Madrid for biometric enrolment.
Required: Original Nagarikta/NID, old passport, online pre-enrollment barcode form, and proof of legal stay.
