This is to inform all Nepali citizens residing across Portugal that the Embassy of Nepal in Paris, in direct coordination and logistical execution with the NRNA NCC Portugal, is conducting an emergency mobile consular mission for e-Passport applications, renewals, and document verification.

Camp Dates & Locations:
• Lisbon Center: September 15 – September 18, 2026 (Central Secretariat)
• Porto Center: September 20 – September 22, 2026 (Porto Municipal Hall)

Required Documents:
1. Original Nepali Citizenship Certificate (Nagarikta).
2. Current Passport (original and photocopies).
3. Portuguese Residence Permit (Title) or Manifestation of Interest (MI) confirmation slip.
4. Online pre-enrollment form filled with high-resolution digital photograph.

All applicants must book an appointment in advance. Walk-in slots are reserved strictly for elderly citizens and verified medical emergency cases.
